Simply book a block of rooms under your team name through their sales office, have your families pay you for the room at regular sport leisure rate and keep the 5% as your incentive or direct them to purchase under the block you have reserved and pass the savings along to your parents. Release the unused rooms 60 days prior to the event at no penalty.
